Barney Error Plus Retro Edition

Note: You can get Part 2 and Part 3 on itch .io

Install instructions:

For Steam Deck/Linux:

1. Download any parts you want.

2. Extract them

3. For Steam Deck: add any exe as non-steam games, return to gaming mode, enable Steam Play compatibility tool (e.g. Proton Experimental) and in controller layout choose: Mouse Only, that's it!

4. For Linux: same as Steam Deck, but for standalone: use either Wine or Bottles, configure launch (e.g. wine Barney Error Plus Retro Edition Part 1.exe) and you're all set!
   Barney Error Plus: Retro Edition is designed to be playable on Legacy PC (Windows 9x and XP)

Abstract:
For the first time in Barney Error Series! This game is where you have to refrain from doing anything bad, or else something worse is going to happen.

Don't worry, it won't damage your computer, because it's not real malware or virus threat.

For Windows 9x:

Make sure you have installed PowerPoint 97/2000, otherwise it won't launch properly (EARLIER POWERPOINT VERSION DOES NOT SUPPORT, EVEN 95) 

NOTE: All/some animations will either missing/not supported if you play on PowerPoint 97

For Windows XP:

It will have an executable file that built in PowerPoint XP and later.
