Billy Basic Educational Game

Billy is the main antagonist in Billy's Basic Educational Game and Billy's Basic House-11 Years Later. He is the son of Bob the Great II. Billy wears a diamond-patterned sea foam green sweater and unlike Baldi, has a full head of brown hair. When you get you first question wrong, Billy puts on some sort of suit of armor and chases you around making huff noises instead of ruler slaps. Instead of him giving you a quarter(which in this game is "Yarney")he says "Oh no. Sorry about that, but I don't have my Yarney, becouse I wasted all of them for well made stuff".
