I'm using gamemaker studio to make the game, and that is more of a windows based gamemaking program. There is a module for mac and many more OS but that costs as low as $200 and up to $999 so I don't think I will be making a mac version of the game any time soon. Sorry!
Is there going to be a MAC download, or are you working on that?
