A box-by-box physics-based ship simulator where you build and destroy. Assemble ships from a variety of available components and fight against fleets of AI or create a custom battle where you get to watch the outcome!

Current Version: Alpha 0.15

I've uploaded a new version that includes a long list of bug fixes and quality improvements, as well as as some core features.

New features:

1. Sandbox Mode

  • Create a custom battle with as many object as you'd like.

  • Set teams and join either by starting the game

  • Restart will reset your designs so you can tweak and start it again!

  • Note: No limits means you can potentially lag your game into oblivion if you so desire

2. Adventure Mode

A preliminary setup of a new mode that focuses on quests and building has been added but contains little content outside of the simple cargo purchase/sell mechanics.

3. Save/load designs

You can now save and load your designs into any mode!

For non-sandbox modes, limitation from build points or crate availability will prevent you from using designs you can't afford.

I'm releasing this alpha with a single test map and a few building options. Let me know what you think!

As for the future gameplay style, I have two proposed options.

1. Level-based "puzzle" style where you use the limited boxes provided to complete the objective

2. A survival based sandbox where you build your ship to defend an upgradable base. Possibly enemy AI bases that need to be destroyed to win, or simple wave based survival.
