Welcome to the night shift at Buster's.
Ethan’s younger brother, Lucas, vanished without a trace during his shift at Buster's Smiles & Ribs. After a brief and sloppy investigation, the police closed the case. But Ethan is convinced that the corporate owners, NovaStar Robotics—a manufacturer of cheap animatronics for family venues—swept the truth under the rug. Desperate for answers, Ethan takes a job as the new night guard.
NOT YOUR AVERAGE SECURITY JOB Your mission isn't just to survive until 6 AM. You need to dig into the company's darkest secrets. Sitting in the cramped office, you must hack into the archaic NSR OS servers to decrypt classified files and find out what really happened to Lucas.
FRAGILE HARDWARE There's a catch: the ancient servers weren't built for this. Hacking causes them to overheat rapidly. You must constantly balance your time between the terminal and the physical server racks to manually cool them down. If you push the system too far and the servers crash, repairing them in the pitch-black room will leave you completely vulnerable.
THEY ARE JUST DOLLS... RIGHT? The mascots roaming the dark halls aren't advanced AI mimics. They are just cheap, decaying dolls running on malfunctioning, obsolete code. So why are they moving? And why are they hunting you? The decrypted files hold the answers... if you survive long enough to read them.
CONTROLS:
🖱️ Left Mouse Click: Interact with the environment. Click on the edges of the screen to turn around or look at the vents.
🖱️ Hold Left Mouse Button: Perform physical tasks (cool down overheating servers, hold the door, or shine your flashlight into the vents).
⌨️ Keyboard: Type commands directly into the NSR OS terminal (e.g.,
list,decrypt [id],restart).⎋ ESC: Exit the computer terminal and return to the room view.
