California Highway Patrol (CHP) will be a game where you have to take on two tasks; driving and using your speed gun. The game will be first person and have a low poly style to it. Our team consists of a programmer and a modeler, we are looking for ideas and maybe a person who can design logos or maybe to do some cover art. We are super early in development right now, there isn't even a line of code written yet. Back to the game concept you will be able to either shoot your target (marked vehicles) or drive, but you can not do both at the same time. We hope this will give the game a sort of tricky aspect to the game. Some interesting mechanics are: a working police computer, working speed gun, randomly gernerated terrain, upgrades, and a night mode.
It is also planned to have visual and performance upgrades for your vehicle and weapons.
CHP is barley even started I would say about 2% done. We are mainly currently looking for someone who is good with Photoshop to do some 2D art for us. We plan on making this a fun project that hopefully we can all come to enjoy.
