Hey! Moderator of the TD2D Discord here, this is one of the BEST overhaul mods I've ever seen on TD2D as a whole! you combined skin mods, map mods, and even changed other things such as sounds and message pop ups in the game, as well as the UI! A miraculous job well done! (I especially love the character sprites on the select screen and those creepy post revive icons!)

Lmao this mod is the best-
Initially, I was very skeptical abt this mod, since I don't really enjoy your artstyle and find it a bit too "dirty" to my liking (also, I'm skeptical abt every "mod" on TD2DR, since there's no official modding support yet), but your loyalty to original level design and dedication are respectable, so I decided to open my mind to this piece of media. And wasn't disappointed! Well, mostly...
Right of the start, this mod hooks up with presentation. It makes an impression of something more horror-stylized than original fangame, I like it. A clever choice to make BG just fully black, but leaving those particles behind, so it's truly "void" feeling.
I'm not a fan of decision leaving exe on menu without any animation though. Seems a bit lackluster.
BUT I really appreciate your attention to details in menu overall! Even achievements got renamed and I never expected it.
Red Stars is a great replacement for Merfycoins.
Icons are fine, but I don't understand the decision behind using mostly faces of other EXEs instead of more abstract icons.
New characters' skins are great, though I don't like usage of classic Amy overall and using S2 style sprites, it just fits within this mod! Demonized skins are special treatment, Eggman and Cream - my favorites!
Well... I can't say the same for new HP icons. While I understand your intention there, these look mostly funny than scary. Especially Knux.
Welp, it's levels section now!
First of all, I'm genuinely IN LOVE with new tilesets! Those that are in your style. This pixel art perfectly fits with grim-dark atmosphere of some levels and creates a unique feeling, though can be sometimes overwhelming because of how visuals can be too detailed.
I was really skeptical about HDZ changes, but I can say that I like it. Honestly, I think I would draw something like it by myself if I had a purpose to remake Tails' Nightmare level in my way, but not be close to original one with a few changes. Eclipse is a nice touch.
Unfortunately, while I like your new tilesets in maps, I mostly dislike maps that reuse old Sonic tileset. A lot of GHZ-a-like levels. Seems a bit... hard to be impressed by these, don'tcha think? Most of "Sonic-y" maps are kinda misfits the other half of the mod and absolutely RUIN grim horror theme. New "Hill" have a lot of decorations. Those are distract player a lot and that's not a good thing. Majin Forest seems stranger than it used to be (I hope it's intentional). Green Mountain (nice choice) having a "blocks" ladder killed me and my inner perfectionist. CPZ/DEZ S2 map having really strange slopes. Sunshine.exe could have more creativity put in it. Same for Marble Zone (though, I giggled when understood that monitors here are vases, it's an awesome touch).
Overall, it's just small nitpicks that make some of those maps seem lackluster comparing to "new tileset maps".
Music choices are expected, but chase themes... they outright strange and most of those NEED to be replaced. They ruin horror themes once again and overall create a dissonance with stages' OSTs.
Kinda same for new sound effects, but some of these have work in those. Sonic-y sounds ruin whole vibe. AGAIN. New static noise and red ring sounds are my loved ones.
Voice acting is okay. Fits new EXEs and that's what was important after all. Though I would make them a bit more quiet. They are too loud compared to other sounds.
In the end, I can say this is the best mod at this moment. Your work here is spectacular. I'm highly shocked by quality of this little thing. Yet it needs some changes and a bit more work put here and there, so it can be truly perfect. I wonder how "Not Perfect" would look with a new tileset though...
