This is the newly updated version of the demo, complete with a full length side mission separate from the main story! A new adventure awaits those who have already played the first package, including new enemies, a dangerous new boss, and a dark, mysterious new area. And last but not least- ALL BOSSES NOW HAVE FULL VOICE ACTING. That's 3 bosses in one demo, new in-game battle messages with audio, new music, a new map, and enemies that now grow stronger once you reach a certain character level. And yes, this is still just the DEMO.

Throughout history, soldiers have reported glimpses of flying objects in the middle of combat. What were excused as nothing but adrenaline-pumped hallucinations were in reality something much more shocking... Harpies.

Hiding in the deepest parts of the Earth, the harpies prepare for the next time they are summoned to aid in humanity's wars. But when one harpy named Beatrice is tempted by the freedom that her kind lost centuries ago, she drifts away from her loyalty and plans to unleash the horrors of the Chasm Core against the human race.

As Fatalia, you must save your greatest companion from the darkness that has consumed her, and bring an end to the monstrosity that lurks within the
Chasm Core.
But can Beatrice be justified?

CHASM CORE was developed using the RPG MAKER MV engine, and was designed with much of the focus being on the atmosphere, the music, and the epic story of a friendship divided by conviction.
The gameplay was made to be simple, so that the player doesn't get overwhelmed by highly complex features that most fantasy RPG games tend to have. The combat is challenging, and you can speak to a Harpy named Lucille who can tell you everything you need to know about combat situations.
