What do you think?

It's great to see younger people getting into game developing. Being 12 years old, making a game and releasing said game is a big thing in itself. Good on you, mate.

As for the game itself it's a great practice run. I'm sure you've learned a lot about GameMaker while making the game. However there are a few things I want to point out for you to consider if you want to make and release another game.

If you want to get rid of that blurred edge on the sprites such as the title, cop and robber then just do this:

Global Game Settings > Windows > Graphics > Untick 'Interpolate colors between pixels'

Doing this will make the images sharper and not distorted.

Also (as of writing this) the Professional version of GameMaker: Studio is 50% off on www.yoyogames.com/get. The Professional version gives you much more features but only get it if you think GameMaker: Studio is your go to engine and IDE.

I'm not too sure if you've actually used any code in this game or if you've just used drag and drop. If you have just used drag and drop then I highly reccomend you move onto actually programming it next time. You have much more control over what you want and you start to learn a more propre way of making games. If you have actually used code in this game then I apologise. It's simply an assumption.

Keep learning and keep making games.

Crazy Cops is a Fast-paced game where you play as a robber trying to steal money bags and outrunning cops.

This game was made by a 12 year old kid in 2016 and was his first commercial game.

Use the arrow keys to move, F4 for fullscreen, F5 for window, and ESC for quiting the game.

Want to help? Then please consider donating by going to this website and name your own price for the game. Doing this really helps me out!
