Negative
The Minotaur looks silly and got a giggle out of me when I saw him walking against a wall.
-The music is not loud enough
-The controls feel a bit weird
Positive
-The atmosphere is well made
-The lantern mechanic is nice, and I also love the fact that it doesn’t allow you to see everything clearly
Although the sound effects were a bit cheesy, I loved the fact that you could hear the Minotaur from the distance so you could run away before he saw you
-The layout of the labyrinth
For a game made under 48 hours, it’s pretty damn nice! I had fun playing it and it made me fear encountering the Minotaur. Congrats!
If anyone wants to, please share screenshots of the game. I'd be happy to add them to the game's images.
The atmosphere was nice, but the minotaur could use some work now that the jam is done, keep up the good work. Playthrough for those interested: https://youtu.be/IyF1k0nmkb0
Lovely graphics. I included it in my Asylum Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to check it out. https://youtu.be/HdPMt8RFVsk
The game needs a few glitch tweaks I've noticed. I'm going to wait until after the jam to fix the bugs, to display what I did in 48 hours.
Explore a randomized labyrinth filled with dealy minotaur. Collecting more lantern oil to see in the pitch blackness, and coal bits to mark where you've been. Can you get out alive?
