Next game, another one from 10 years ago. I'll get straight to the point: I can't play it, or rather, it's simply impossible. I get the message shown in the picture, and when I press "OK," nothing happens, and the game closes. I don't know if it worked a few years ago, for example, when it was released, because from what I see in some screenshots, it was a real game, so I don't know. (There are no videos of the game on YouTube, or at least I haven't found any.)
Danny Wheeler's Life or Death War
The knight Packston and his sister, the cleric Saffron, learn that the long dead necromancer Keltabot is about to rise again. They must explore the realm they are in, fight monsters--including Keltabot's undead followers--and find allies to help them in their quest to thwart the fiend once more and forever.
This is my first game with RPG Maker XP, so hopefully I did well for my first try.
There's a good chance you might need the RMXP RTP package (i.e. the graphics, music, sounds, and such that make the game work). If you need them, get them here: https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/run-time-package (Remember to select the RPG Maker XP package)
