Your job is to observe, document, watch the System Trace, and decide what kind of file your choices are creating while the room is already telling its own story.

What to Expect

Dark Triad Boss lets you choose from 7 workplace boss archetypes and 14 playable boss identities. Each boss pattern tests a different kind of workplace power game.

Some bosses want a public stage. Some want sympathy. Some move through retaliation. Some hide control inside kindness. Some bury authorship theft in jargon. Some win through image. Some let process do the damage for them.

As you play, your choices affect the case file through dashboard stats, System Trace updates, inventory receipts, and route-based consequences. The point is not to chase a perfect score. The point is to notice what the room learns from your moves.

Across the full prototype release, the case-file system includes 6 ending types and 42 possible structural endings.


Boss Patterns

Each boss is fictional, but each pattern is built around a recognizable workplace control style. You are not diagnosing people. You are learning how the room moves.
