Dark Deception (Simple Mod Menu)

Introduction

Simple Mod Menu is a ADD-ON for Dark Deception. Most of the features are request or improvements by the community and making this addon possible!

• Press "M" to toggle visibility of mod menu

• Press and hold top bar to move menu

Menu Introduction

1: Active Enemies:

• In active enemies you can locate, move and remove active enemies.

  DOESN'T SAVE ANYTHING

  Key Binding(s):

  • Press LMB to place enemy

  • Press M key to stop moving to another location of an enemy

  • Press R key to rotate enemy

  • Press X, Y, or Z key to set desired rotation pos of the enemy

2: Boss Fight Replay:

• Replay your favorite boss fights available on the game!

3: World Editor (W-Editor):

• Modify objects on the level by Moving, Scaling, Removing is automatically saved. Spawning or Updating Saved new objects, enemies or traps is manual saving

• Transformations from world objects and Spawned objects can be updated and saved after restarting the level

• Use filters to manage objects. Unsaved Spawn shows your unsaved spawn any modification will not saved until it's saved, Saved Spawn filter shows objects you’ve spawned and saved and Removed Objects filter shows prebuilt objects you’ve removed you can also restore it but requires level restart

  There is no limit on how many you can spawn and modify as long as your device can handle it.

  You can locate your modified level save by Typing and search on window search bar "%localappdata%" then go to AppData > Local > SimpleModMenu > Saved > Transformation. Folder Named Spawn is where all of your saved spawn objects is located and World is all of your Transformed objects based on in game objects.

  Key Binding(s):

  Spawning Objects

  • Press LMB to Place

  • Press G to Cancel

  • Press R to Rotate

  • Press X, Y or Z to Change the Rotation Transform

  Selecting Object on UI

  • Press E to toggle Grab/Drop

  • Press R to Rotate

  • Press X, Y or Z to Change the Rotation Transform

  Selecting Objects from World

  • Press LMB to Select

  • Press G to Cancel Selection

  • Press E to toggle Grab/Drop

  • Press R to Rotate

  • Press X, Y or Z to Change the Rotation Transform

4: Spawn:

• Only spawnable objects and enemies are included.

  DOESN'T SAVE ANYTHING

5: Settings:

• You will be able to modify the settings of mod menu

6: Logs:

• a log🪵

7: Miscellaneous:

• In Miscellaneous you are able to collect Shards, Bonus Shard (red shard) and Secret Files, flying, no clipping, god mode and using rocket launcher

  Key Binding(s):

  • Press and Hold 'Left Shift' descend while flying or nocliping

  • Press and Hold 'Space Bar' key to ascend while flying or nocliping

  • Press Num 1 on your keyboard to toggle flying

  • Press Num 2 on your keyboard to toggle nocliping

  • Press Num 3 on your keyboard to toggle godmode

  • Press Num 5 toggle rocket launcher

7.1: Custom Commands:

• "cls" clears logs

• "clvl" display current level name

• "help" display Information about features and key binds

• "list" display all commands

THESE COMMANDS WILL MODIFY YOUR PROGRESSION AND HAVE POSIBILITY OF PROGRESSION LOSS PROCEED WITH CAUTION

• "ezpowers" unlock all existing powers

• "upgrdsb int" upgrade speed boost from 1 to 5 example usage "upgrdsb 5"

• "upgrdtp int" upgrade teleport from 1 to 5 example usage "upgrdtp 5"

• "upgrdtl int" upgrade telepathy from 1 to 5 example usage "upgrdtl 5"

• "upgrdpf int" upgrade primal fear from 1 to 5 example usage "upgrdpf 5"

• "upgrdtk int" upgrade telekinesis from 1 to 5 example usage "upgrdtk 5"

• "upgrdvh int" upgrade vanish from 1 to 5 example usage "upgrdvh 5"

• "upgrdmx" upgrade all powers to max level

How to install and uninstall

How to locate your Game Directory

• [ Steam ]

  Steam Library > Select Dark Deception > Dark Deception (Right Click) > Manage > Browse local files

  

• [ Epic Games ]

  UNKNOWN don't have one :(

Installation

• Move, Drop or Copy Paste DDeception folder inside zip file to Dark Deception directory

Uninstall

• Delete the DDeception-WindowsNoEditor_SimpleModMenu.pak on Dark Deception directory
