D.I.E. is a retro-style, 1-4 player co-op horde shooter where your trigger finger is only as good as your wallet. Set in a dark, atmospheric suburban wasteland, you start with nothing but basic surplus gear and just enough cash to survive one more wave.

Every kill feeds your economy, but ammunition is scarce and expensive. Burn through your magazines too fast, and you will be forced into brutal close-quarters melee combat. When the guns run dry, you must risk your health, your armour, and your life, spacing out enemies with a knife just to scrape together enough cash for your next magazine. Keep moving, watch your stamina, and make every shot lethal.

• Deep Arsenal & Economy: Over 40 distinct weapons with unique damage models and penetration values. Do you blow your early cash on a submachine gun, or tough it out with a crowbar to save up for an AWM sniper rifle and Tier 3 assault plates?

• Unapologetically Retro: Built with crisp, point-filtered textures for a clean, visually readable, pixel-perfect aesthetic that keeps the framerate high.

First Beta Release

This is the raw horde experience. We are currently balancing the horde economy and refining the core survival mechanics before introducing special mutations and new levels in future updates. Expect brutal difficulty and an unforgiving endgame.

This game is still in the beta stage. All multiplayer features work only when the game is launched with Steam running.
