Deceptive Inc is a live action VR-experience - situated in the late 1990's. You are placed in the shoes of 'Office Worker 1326' in a small office cubicle - where you are told to work. It's your job to gather enough information - through your actions - so the story can evolve. Yet how you do it, and if you do so, is entirely up to you.
Different hidden references to games and movies can be found throughout the experience - so do keep an eye out for these, while you dive further and further into Deceptive Inc.
This VR-experience was crowdfunding through Indiegogo on this campaign page: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/deceptive-inc-a-vr-escape-room-experience#/ and created in under two months by five 4th semester students (Anders Riber, Jeppe Klausen, Jens-Julius Dall, Magnus Poulsen & Theis Holmstrup) all from the film school VIA Film & Transmedia in Aarhus, Denmark, 2019.
