I like the style of this game. It's very film-noiry with some nice humor. I can't help but feel that the some of the graphics don't mesh very well though (mostly between pixel animations and the background, such as the hard edges around the character, and the puddle in the very first screen.) However, I do really like the hand drawn style of the game. If anti-aliasing is possible in AGS, that would do wonders for the professionalism of this game.
Other than that, it's pretty good. I'll be waiting for it's completion!
I was really enjoying this game but then something happned, after i look at the plant in the appartment where the man is sleeping and presented with the map from MOnkeyIsland :D wiiii, i went to the pantano (hotel) and then subway...and when i used subway the game freezes :(

The Great Depression hit everyone hard, and desperate times call for desperate measures. People began to flood the larger cities hoping to find the American dream many willing to do anything to achieve their goals. Mostly honest, hardworking men and women put thier nose to the grind stone solely for the guaranteed check at the end of the week and 3 hot squares a day, but some choose a different path. That path would be a life of crime where nothing was guaranteed but anything was possible. Can Dervish make it to the top of the crime world or will he end up like most others broke and dead.
