WOW! I actually had fun playing this, stomping green blobs to death my my meet, and masing the left click button in hopes that my gun might fire (the trackpad on my laptop kinda sucks), but, nevertheless, and very well made game. It also has a nice art style, good job!

Controls:
Mouse & Keyboard:
W, A, S, D or arrow keys to move. Aim with the mouse. Left click to shoot.
Controller:
left stick walk. right stick aim. LB, RB, LT, RT, A to shoot.
There a two endings (you can continue the game after these).
Hint:
killed a ton of slimes? look at the score.
The theme fits very well.
