Jokes asides, something has changed and Sans is on the loose killing left and right trying to stop your genocide! But, fear not! This isn't the classic dust sans experience, many things were changed, from motivations to appearances!
If you're tired of the old "I'LL KILL YOU BECAUSE YOU MURDERED MY BROTHER!", here in Deathwish, everything has a reason (at least is what we hope), every ACT, FIGHT and SPARE you do may change something in this unstable timeline.
