Empty Pages: The Prototype is a standalone psychological prologue horror game, providing your first glimpse into the Empty Pages universe. Set in 1999, just months before the event known as The Incident, you assume the role of a nightshift security guard working his last shift at the crumbling Wonderland Amusement Park.
Initially, the job seems straightforward: monitor the surveillance feeds, file the nightly reports, and sift through the dusty archives the company is trying to preserve. However, things aren’t adding up. The animatronics are behaving strangely, and something is crawling through the walls—something that was never part of the park’s design.
Shift between classic point-and-click monitoring and full free-roam exploration as routine duties spiral into a fight for survival—corrupted files, flickering power, system failures, and a half-built machine that refuses to shut down.
It seems you won't be clocking out tonight.
