Escape from Yucatan

Harry Harris is lost in the jungle. He knows his death is certain, but that doesn't mean he won't go down without a fight! Will you aid him in his futile attempt to escape the jungle and reach civilisation?

Basic Movement (controller):

• Left stick move left or right

• D-pad move left or right

• A (double)jump

• Right stick aim and charge boomerang

• Release right stick throw boomerang

• Right stick return boomerang

• LB dash left

• RB dash right

• Start suicide

Basic Movement (QWERTY&QWERTZ keyboard & mouse):

• A move left

• D move right

• Spacebar (double)jump

• Mouse aim boomerang

• Press left MB charge boomerang

• Release left MB throw boomerang

• Press left MB return boomerang

• Double tap A dash left

• Double tap D dash right

• Esc suicide

Basic Movement (AZERTY keyboard & mouse):

• Q move left

• D move right

• Spacebar (double)jump

• Mouse aim boomerang

• Press left MB charge boomerang

• Release left MB throw boomerang

• Press left MB return boomerang

• Double tap A dash left

• Double tap D dash right

• Esc suicide

You can stand on your boomerang after you throw it into a wall

Your boomerang will automatically return if you walk too far away from it, but it's much safer to call it back manually

Beware of the monkeys! If you touch them they will bite you and you will die.. But that's not all. They throw deadly bananas with deadly precision! You can shoot bananas out of the sky, but it's a risky move.

When dead monkeys fall on spikes, you can stand on them

This game has full controller support.

We made all the art, music and sfx and we worked with the LÖVE framework for this game.
