LOVE IT! Nice change of pace to play something that doesn't evolve blowing things up or epic destruction. A few small pieces of constructive criticism below that will hopefully make the full release more awesome.
Text for the subtitle font is super hard for me to read (maybe just me)
Artwork is great. Would be nice if Vincent walked a pinch faster
Was stuck in the first room until I discovered the inventory. A message or semi-transparent icon would help players find it
Custom pointer icon for objects I can interact with please. Should be easy with Unity since you can just do a screen based raycast based on the mouse position
Hi! I'm the game's composer, and wanted to thank you all for the kind words about the music. Sometimes I feel like Vincent, working all alone in my apartment on music all day, and it means a lot that you guys like it! Hopefully I'll get to write some more when the game is further developed.
Occasionaly developers out here on GameJolt do something legendary.Just like this.
Neat game. The idea's clever, and the gameplay fits it perfectly. You should probably keep an eye out for bugs, though.

I'm currently trying to get fundings and hire a complete Team in order to continue to develop this game, so for now there is only this short demo but I hope to get to finish the game.
Ever Yours is a point-and-click adventure game made in stop-motion animation, based on the life of Vincent Van Gogh. The player plays the role of the famous painter who has just came back to his normal life after recovering in an asylum.
In the game the points of connection between events in the story are the letters Van Gogh sends to Theo. Those have the function of acting as an intermediary between Vincent’s thoughts and the player’s understanding of his vicissitudes.
