It looks okay so far. Here's my suggestions though. Make the objects placed in the editor snap to a grid because it will take forever to place all the walls. Also, update the graphics because the textures on the walls look frankly horrible. If you are using gm lite then add me and send me a pm.

This has a lot of potential, but you should release it to the public as an alpha so that the people could give you feedback and what to improve.
