Hey man! I’m Noish. Really cool game, but I have something to ask you.
I’m making a Minecraft Java mod solely based around Five Nights at Freddy’s, vintage stuff, and FNaF Fangames. Currently we have about 3 fangames in right now, and I wanna ask if I can put your versions of the animatronics in game!
I nearly beat night 3. This game is cool in concept, but it just doesn't make the main mechanic, which the game entirely hinged on, interesting at all, when it really could be. Nights 2-3 don't add anything of value to the whole eye-resetting thing, which is a real shame when chica and bonnie aren't anything special.
I think that the mechanic would be more satisfying to use if a meter told you how close you were to resetting the character. I think it'd be really cool if the game hinged on a points system, where you'd earn points for resetting characters. You'd earn more points for getting characters while they're walking, getting them through walls, and resetting them in one go. Maybe there would be targets that would show up in the building that'd also give points. You'd naturally beat the night after getting enough points.
This is a big difference from how the game works rn, but I think it'd give the game a lot of spice, because right now you pretty much get tired of the mechanic by the middle of night 2. The nights being 6 minutes don't help when you're just doing the same thing over and over. Foxy's mechanic could be much better and could give a good mix-up to the gameplay, and same with the blackout mechanic, as both of them really don't make the gameplay more interesting. The jumpscares are pretty lackluster, but the building and the animatronics also look really nice. I still really like the idea, and especially the Starfox Guard-like layout, but currently I can't say I enjoy playing the game in its current state.
For a first game this is very cool though, and I can absolutely see the skill and promise behind it. I wish you luck with your future projects.
Five Nights at Freddy's: SHOWTIME | 4/20 All Max Mode
bro this game was amazing one of my favorite fangames ever!! 10/10
i just beat the game and gotta say this
1. game is good i like how it looks and characters and stuff all feels good and realistic
2. bonnie is kinda too much agressive ngl and i mean really i didnt had much time to deal with him and he kills me too fast- maybe its skill issue but meh still like em and other characters!
3. gameplay is kinda unexpectedly cool and hard for me as if you need to be all ears and all eyes on every camera to know when to deal with who you need to is interesting and gotta say if theres gonna be second game I'LL play it and 100% it for sure :D
Hey! im wondering if i could provide some help for the game, i have floorplans of several CEC,s and showbiz's with measurements you could possibly use for reference for the map
FNaF: SHOWTIME v.1.0.0
After years of silence, Freddy's finally reopens to the public and they need a new night guard.
Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Showtime Pizzeria! A place for kids and grownups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. When you're not getting food poisoned from our half-prepared pizza or losing an entire paycheck from the arcade games, you're probably watching our state-of-the-art animatronic band perform on stage. Although watching them during the day is a treat, you won't be watching them during the day...
During the night, the animatronics become a bit erratic (you could even say quirky) and we need someone to watch over them. Our shoestring budget can't afford them breaking anything (or themselves even), so your job is to reset them anytime you see them active. Just be sure they don't get into your office. Our last night guard didn't exactly quit after all...
