After the events of the first game in the series, Suckwyne's factory has been transformed into a memorial, and a horrible one at that. Suckwyne's "memorial" is barely even a memorial, it's a horror attraction! A simple money-grab! A complete and utter knockery mockery (if you will) of his tragic death!
You need to be absolutely desperate for money if you are willing to work at a place that mocks a man's death like that one. Unless you are in it for a bigger reason...
