Here is my Lets Play. Good game man. I like the style and the idea to stray away from the norm. Retro with a new age kind of feel to it, mostly due to the music. :)

Played through the game again. Nice update man!

Simple yet still fun to play. The music was catchy, and I appreciated the randomly generated worlds. The only issue I encountered was with the movement. If I didn't hold the arrow key down long enough, the character would snap back to his previous tile which made moving awkward. Overall simple yet solid. Good work.

The past lives again.... In fact there is a future for the past, you've proven just that.

You wanted a review, well, here you'll get one. I couldn't resist trying this game in WINE (as I'm on Linux at this moment), and the game worked perfectly there, so that's why I still dare to review it, despite my earlier post on the forum.

Well, the concept is simple, find the king before the time runs out. This is the ideal game when you need to kill some time when it's too early to leave your house, but too late actually do something. Such games as these are perfect.

I like the art style. It really made me long for the good ol' days. The art really serves the purpose you set up for it so nothing drastic has to happen here. The music is also well-chosen. It's exactly the kind of music I'd like to hear in a game that brings the past back.

I think it just comes down to a few minor things, where this game can improve. For example, all levels are the same, it's only the king who moves to a different location each time. Perhaps a few more levels to get some variety can do nice here. If you feel the need even a few extra enemies, though I wouldn't go wild on that department. Now I also saw in the YouTube video that when the time's up the game immediately restarts. A short "Time's up" message would do nice, otherwise people who weren't watching the clock too well might think they triggered a bug, and people thinking something is a bug, while it isn't is the worst thing that can happen as that can scare people away needlessly.

And I really think that is all. This is the kind of game that doesn't need big things and not of entourage. It will rather destroy the game in stead of making it better.

One tiny "bug" though, I found my character swimming on land, when I was close to the water, but not actually in it (when you stand north of a lake).

Simple game, but yet very much fun. Do you also plan on a version for Android or so? I think this game would do very well on smart phones and tablet computers.

The concept behind this casual game is : Where's Waldo GameBoy Adventure with a time limit. So, Find The King before time runs out! Every time you play the king will be in a new location. Sneak around Bats and Wolves! Avoid Dragons' fireballs! Find Secret rooms! Explore 4 big worlds!
