cant get a naitive windows build yet so for now you need haxeflixel installed
follow this guide to install haxelfixel AFTER installing haxe
haxe: https://haxe.org/download/
haxeflixel: https://haxeflixel.com/documentation/install-haxeflixel/
(this will require messing around in command prompt, but its fairly straightforward)
