Well, playing this game with full volume and headphones wasn't a good idea... ouch... [4/5]
One of the most unique games I've played in a while (if you want to call it a game.)
When I went into the painting for the first time, it almost made me jump out of my chair because I didn't know it would be that loud. But other than that, it was really interesting seeing the way the art was projected onto the different monsters.
I love games like this because it shows that video games are an art, just like music or paintings; it's simply presented differently.
I thought it was gonna be a cute game when I first saw the creatures walking around. But as the music got more and more intense as i walked closer i started to get a hint. When i got to a dark lvl. I finally realized it was this kind of game :s Really like the how you need to follow the scary sound and chose down the ghost boy, usually you would run from the sound to not get jumped by him, so that's a nice feature. It scared the crap out of me in the beginning ^^ And when i finally think that i have gotten the hang if capturing them, a random giant monster walks around the corner stompin me flat :O. Anywho, great game, i really enjoyed it!
How do you beat the game? by getting 100% diversity? and do you do that by getting the most different buddies? Cause i can only seem to find them in the completely dark or bright levels, not those artistic ones :/
This game is creepy as hell, but I don't think it was supposed to be :'D I love it, it's intuitive and creative! Music is great! 5/5
there is a bug where environments will load without any enemies.
and its really creepy to be alone...
Turn on sound, turn off anti-aliasing if it's slow.
How will you fare against the ruthless onslaught of expressionist art?
