Gardens of Gonzo is a free-to-play indie MMORPG with a great sandbox aspect for creative players.
Some key features:
Oldschool 2D pixel-art graphics, combined with modern effects
Fast-paced, responsive combat
Resource gathering, Crafting, Farming
Experience and level character system
Players can buy estates and worlds and build their very own constructions. Be it a small house, a huge castle or a mysterious swamp, a dark forest or something completely different.
Players can upload their own graphics and sounds and can then use those resources to build, craft or customize!
Eventually, players will be able to create own quests that other player can play!
The game is currently in pre-alpha state, but well playable. It hungers for new players, constructive criticism and suggestions. New features and updates are brought in regularly, so the game grows constantly.

New Download and QuickPlay
There is now an installer that quickly puts the game client into place and starts it right away. Also, I set up Quick Play for the zip-file version - but that doesn’t seem to work…?
