One of the best games on the site.
I love this game it makes me feel powerful like a monster.
If you just removed game-over (just make the level restart instead of restarting the whole game) I would play this for hours
I know you wanted to simulate an old arcade machine, so you could add like 3 continues, and you can get more by doing really good in a level
And a minor thing, add the game files to a folder before you make the .zip so it's easier to extract
PS: the game is amazing, but this has been stated enough times ;)
It is extremely fun and simple, I do wish you did not loose after a single death no matter what as it is a tough game. I am hoping you can add saving? The game is too long to play in 1 go and I lose my data when I leave.
Rampage comes to mind when I play this. This definitely feels like it's an arcade classic, just like Rampage. I also love that good ol' FM soundboard. I guess my only gripe is that it kinda gets boring after a while. [4.75/5]

You'll need some mastering to play this game because controls are not the usual: you have two buttons to shoot air-air and air-ground, and you can't stop moving in the air. Guarodan is inspired by early titles like Defender, Choplifter or Sky Kid in terms of gameplay, and has a similar production style to other arcade games likeCommando, Gyrodine or 1942.
