This battle made in Unitale of course had limits because of how things worked, however now in CYF if someone wanted to recreate it, it could be done properly, the only limits that would be present is the amount of bullets that you would spawn, the more, the laggy it gets, so not neccesarilly it's impossible to remake it in CYF by now, I did Disbelief in CYF in the end I know it's possible, however given the bullet limitation it was really a nice choice to make it in Game Maker, good job bringing back to life this beautiful fangame that we all needed, now it's time for me to die a lot with it.

Undertale Genocide Asgore Remake Complete!

Yo just wanna show that i did a No Heal of your fangame, i love playing it, good job!

SUMMARY

Asgore is aware of your genocidal actions, instead of dying in one hit, he has used the power of the six human souls to turn himself into a magnificent beast of willpower and determination. Can you overthrow the king once more?

BEHIND THE GAME

Genocide Asgore by StrykerXV is one of the most popular Undertale fangames that exist. However, it was made in an engine where some parameters are very restrictive, such as collision or certain features like item selection (Unitale couldn't delete them).

This led to the game being playable but broken, and due to the nature of Unitale and this fangame never being finished, it was almost impossible to do challenge runs on this fangame, and after a while it was boring to play for most players as it was highly unfinished.

So, if it cannot be fixed in Unitale/CYF... why not remake it completely from scratch? That is why I took on the mission of doing just that! Written entirely in Game Maker Studio 2, this fangame is completed and given the attention that it so deserved a few years after it's launch!

DIFFICULTY SELECTION:

Easy
For noobs.

Normal
For the players who remember the original Genocide Asgore.

Extension: Classic Mode
Plays the game just like it did in the original, with Asgore dodging attacks and random Flowey pellets. Also, the flame comes from the left instead of the right, which means that the game is a lot more unfair... yeah, I know.

Lunatic (Easy)
An easier version of Lunatic Mode for players who struggle to beat the harder variant. SOMEONE ACTUALLY NO HITTED THIS GARBAGE WHAT https://b23.tv/PXzO4X2

Lunatic
No mercy. Not suitable for players who aren't good at bullet hells.
While still possible, this difficulty is not intended for challenge runs. Just beat it and you're already at the top. If you can No Heal, I have No Words. Best of luck! NOBODY HAS THE PATIENCE TO DO OLD VERSION BUT THIS GUY https://b23.tv/aI3bTSS

Impossible
Not intended for humans. Completely unable to be beaten by anyone. Play at your own risk! (yet this has been beaten a few times since V1.5, new version coming soon?) NEVER MIND IT HAS BEEN BEATEN https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1b44y1u7Vv/?spm_id_from=333.788.recommend_more_video.2

EXTRAS

No Hit Mode
Turns your soul into glass and forces your HP to 1. This is a last resort measure and shouldn't be used casually or during a grind.

60FPS Mode
Ultra-smooth gameplay.

Game Speed
Set the speed of the game to however fast (or slow) you want!

Easy Eyes Mode
For people with photosensitive epilepsy. Useful for Lunatic Mode grinds.

Replays
View some of your best feats over and over again! Works 90% of the time, won't bother trying to get it completely accurate, since the last time I tried that I opened a can of worms instead.

Customize UI
Change your SOUL and battle UI. Simple.

Trails
What if the flames left a trail behind them like they normally do in real life? Now you know.

Blue Zenith (Minigame)
Survival course. Can also be played on Classic Mode for a harder challenge.

Galaxy Collapse (Minigame)
An unfair star storm. Don't attempt with a faint heart.

Scattered Faith (Minigame)
Your worst nightmare.

So, everything coming in V1.1 in a single post:

- Audio volume control

- Lunatic Mode

- Survival Mode

- 60 FPS Mode

- More endings!

- Medal for your gameplay (Silver for No Heal, etc.)

- Some changes to Classic Mode (the menu fire and Flowey pellets)

Who's hyped for V1.1?

Do you hate playing fangames in 30 FPS? Well, good thing I'll also be adding a "60 FPS" mode into the game! Gameplay will adjust to your setting.

Doing this because the original G.A fangame was in 60 FPS, but only use it if you don't want to. Settings.

Just to clarify one thing to everyone who wants it, I will NOT add Gaster into this game. Toby Fox fails to acknowledge his existence, so why should I? This isn't an alternate universe, it's a timeline...

IT BEGINS.

WARNING: Lunatic Mode serves as an endurance challenge and is NOT meant for No Heal or No Hit runs. Just complete this mode and you'll be at the very top.

If you can beat this without using LOVE, I have no words.

While I work on the Lunatic Mode update, what do you want to see added to the game?
