The art style is really cute! I am not good at these kinds of games however and I wasn't able to progress past the first area.

Seems to be rather high polished for a game made this fast. Artstyle is great, music is ok, menuscreen is very cool. Yet as mentioned below it needs to get harder faster. A really good entry though! ;)
I love the cute graphics, and the game's fun too. I feel it needs to somehow get harder the longer it lasts, though, otherwise you can basically continue until you get bored. Anyway, very creative use of the boxart.
