this game has a lot of potential
the random generation adds a lot to the game for sure. I think a little screenshake for when you shoot would be good.
One thing that confused me was the things that move up and down with a laser... I thought the laser was deadly but I had to jump through it and it didn't kill me... so then I realized later that the thing shoots bullets and the black laser doesn't do anything... that was a little confusing.
Maybe you could ease up on the difficulty a little... I think this game could get really really good & fun.
