The Hero and the Hitman
The Hero and the Hitman is a JRPG in which you awaken in a mysterious hospital and are tasked with escaping along with a talking penguin and a mole... something is weird about this place. The game features countless items to collect, including those usable in battle and passive items granting stat buffs and abilities, as well as a unique attack and dodge system inspired by Undertale. There are plenty of interesting characters to meet along the way, including witty dialogue (written by my 17 year old self) and interesting puzzles to solve.
This is a game demo I made by myself about 5 years ago. It contains about 0.5 to 2 hours of gameplay, depending on level of completion and your puzzle solving skills.
