Heiklery's Petrel

Will-Jack and his friends live in the ridiculously small town of Heiklery, which has just two nine-story buildings, a few villages, and a couple of farms. The guys spend their summer holidays hanging out in cafes, playing football, working part-time jobs, and scrolling through social media feeds. But everything is overshadowed by the disappearance of Will-Jack's sister and the move to town of a rich boy named Van, whose activities can hardly be called legal. Are these two incidents connected?
