Hello, Neighbor! Prototype Redesigned

Alpha 1 Changelog: new house plan ( again ), another unreal engine version, new tools, basement is added, main menu added, graphics, control and etc menu added and etc! Check the game cause it has some big changes!

Added new hardcore mode where neighbor is very fast and smart, fixed some bugs, and added some other small changes

Removed hardcore mode ( the reason is in the end ), player house is decorated, you can now sleep in your house, redesign of neighbor's house

Other build's are sadly lost :(
