The aesthetics of this game really astound me, everything looks so nice (even if my clunky PC has issues running it!). I love the way you can see how everything is supposed to be made out of paper, really clever!
Some work still definitely need to be done on the collision in the game though, I found myself dying when my character was still on land a few times and got myself stuck in a few different places and had to replay the game from the very beginning. In the meantime, a save mechanic would be much appreciated, just so we don't have to restart the whole game when we encounter a game-breaking scenario!
The platforming and puzzle elements of the game really are something special, just mind-bending enough to keep players engaged but not so tough that you feel like quitting (well, I may have quit a couple of times but always felt curious enough to go back!).
I haven't finished playing Henkō yet, I'm still trying to figure out how to beat the level where we acquire the bear, but I'm going to have another pop at it soon (I think some crash issues beforehand maybe broke that screen for me but I can't be sure).
I implore you to keep plugging away at this one, because it's a real delight! I'm not sure if any work can be put into optimisation too, because my PC suffered some serious lag problems when I was playing. If not then no worries, my PC definitely isn't the sturdiest and I'm sure not every game can be made to suit it!
Anywho, keep up the awesome work, I'll be watching! =)
Tengo Windows 10. Descomprimí el juego y usé el Exe. Me salen varios errores con DLL. y al final me recomienda reinstalarlo, sin embargo, el achivo .rar no tiene instalador. Un saludo ;)
I love this game in special for the creativity of the artists and the ability of the programers; it is very exciting to play it!!
