I like the style! What I could catch from the dialogue was pretty funny. (i mostly played windowed and the text was 'layering' and barely legible). Gameplay is actually a bit like Birdweek (underrated nes game) tho I feel like the gameplay had a few frustrations that you could maybe iron out- dropping and picking up seemed a little cumbersome and you're kinda helpless against the cops- maybe they could be knocked down or drop something on them?
kinda a cool concept swooping around on a broom. pretty fun once you get a feel for chucking people across the way to make a bucket. Oh- here's an idea- could you make the 3 'recipe' guys in the HUD animated? its hard to see who to go for when the lookalikes are about.
Like i said had text issues, The next level/quit selection screen seemed inverted (opposite way highlighted to select).
dunno what i'd rate it at this point but overall its a pretty cool concept! good job.
