I would love to see this with multi player added to the mix. There is a similar concept in a game on steam but from my understanding it is still early access and the dev pretty much abandoned it.

Hunt Or Be Hunted Is A Horror-Like-Game Made In The Unity 3d Engine.
In any other horror game you are the one being hunted, but know it's your turn to be the hunted in this hide-and-seek like game where you play as an un-named monster strait from hell, looking for a guy named carl.
