What do you think?

biggest problems are a lack of visibility and how abrupt dying is. i could see the enemies well enough but i could never make out their bullets. i would get hit by a bullet without knowing it and just die suddenly. since you can't see the dangers it doesn't make sense for you to die in one hit. it might help to give the bullets outlines or something so you can distinguish them from the flames you shoot. nice visuals otherwise, though

Yeah, it was nice and trippy. Just not that fun to play.

it's like Burn The Trash, but everthing's smaller and therefore a pain to see, especially since your character has a range with his flamethrower, so its hard to know if your hitting enemies or out of reach, especially with the bosses, where if you get to close it spells your doom :P

Shooting and moving around is a bit hap-hazard... Which is ok for some shooters, but not with a one-hit death. Touhou is well liked because it's a little more strategic than your basic shooter, and you have to carefully dodge. This is more like... Running around randomly, shooting randomly, hoping to avoid bullets. Also the trippy effects combined with one-hit death makes it really frustrating...

It's not a bad game, but I think a healthbar would make it a little more bearable and fun.
