This game is actually most of platformers of 80-90s. Like Super Mario bros where Mario saves the princess from Bowser, or Sonic The Hedgehog where Sonic saves animals from Dr. Robotnik. And here, Ivan saves the Mexican Restaurants (Which has burrito as the most popular) from Bogdan.
