The Story
It's one of those days at work where the only thing that keeps you alive is the smell of brownish colored water served in a paper cup in your haunted office canteen. But today is a bit different; today there is a new guy in Haunts&Sons and you suddenly are determined to catch his attention at all costs!
Behind the Scenes
This was initially just a playground for myself, because I was working on other games and on university assignments. When I realized how much work I already invested in the artwork and shaders and the like, I could not bring myself to just leave it there, though. This game is not big or impressive, but every single thing is handdrawn and crafted with passion.
I finished this game / prototype for the FFS Jam now and hope someone will like what I did. Any feedback is highly appreciated.
Features
The game is playable in English
There are cute ghosts
Handdrawn animations and images throughout
You can steal coffee from Johan
You can throw said coffee cup at him
You can poke him until he explodes and leaves
You can collect four items while playing and they will appear in the main menu
Annoy-O-Meter shows Johan's annoyance level
The food plate will change with each (continuing) playthrough and show different items
After the first playthrough there is a slightly different dialogue for replayability
