I've just played this game. Looks good so far, I'll go deeper
But let me report a serious bug: when George uses maceball shield to kill the geckos, it caused the geckos to be invincible and I was forced to quit since I can't get out of the room
This game is what I now call "Knight George [Legacy]", a game I developped back in 2015.
I liked working on it so much that I have been developping an A-RPG in this universe, still in Game Boy style, which will take over the "Knight George" moniker. Find it here => *SOON*

Knight George, the Roguelike in a Gameboy style!
Play as Knight George, on his quest to free Prince Philip, the heir to the throne of the Earlyne Kingdom, from the evil wizard Feli'Seth!
You will start on the first floor of his castle, and will have to kill all the enemies in order to go from one floor to another. Once at the top, be ready to face Feli'Seth in a battle that will go down in history!
You will be able to use up to 5 weapons and 5 magic spells, that will be unlocked at each floor once a boss is defeated.
The whole game was though to look like a Gameboy game, meaning it only has 4 colors, and uses 4 buttons (A, B, Start, Select) and a D-Pad. The default controls are as follow :
X - Validate/Attack
C - Back/Shield
Arrow keys - Move
Enter - Start/Pause
Shift - Select weapon/spell
Since the game is a Roguelike, everytime you'll play will be different! There is up to 10 bosses in the game, and 2 unlockable challenges once you reach the end of the adventure in the right difficulty mode.
An instruction booklet is included in the .zip file.
The game can be played in English or French.
Everything in this game was made by me, except some sounds effect by Little Robot Sound Factory (http://www.littlerobotsoundfactory.com/) and an encryption script by Blizter.
