What a wonderful land! The birds are chirping, the sweet aroma of flowers are adrift in the air, and you are attending a prestigious magic academy. Just another peaceful, predictable day at Ravenwood. Wait... what is THIS? How can this be? I thought they were all gone... They vanished long ago, and there is no way! But you're here... the sacred fires of Alduin never fail. Never.
You are a Storm wizard. The first in a thousand years.
You are the wielder of the Thunder Bow.
______________
Basic Development and Inspiration for LOTTB
The Legend of the Thunder Bow is a unique game inspired by KING'S ISLE ENTERTAINMENT INC. 's video games, Wizard 101 and Pirate 101 online video games. The Legend of the Thunder Bow's original game play was heavily inspired by the the KI games, and the developer of the LOTTB (Legend of the Thunder Bow) wanted to show their gratitude for KI's efforts and games.
The game is loosely based off of the beginning of each of the games, and chock-full of improvised, original plots and material. With exciting plots, an active quest system, fairly consistent updates, boasts classic pixelated graphics, and smooth, easy-to-use battle systems, this game is fun for both children and adults of all ages!

Controls
**I get very in-depth about controls and technical support on my website: https://sites.google.com/view/legend-of-the-thunder-bow **
The controls are very easy to use in this game. To interact with an object, event, or select, simply use the SPACE BAR or ENTER.
If you wish to open or close the interface, simply press the ESC key in the top left. The interface allows you to access your equipment, items, armor, character stats, and lets you save or leave the game.
To move, you can use the W A S D keys as you would in any Indie game. However, you can also use the ARROW KEYS to move about the game world.

Credits
I have created this game single-handedly with the help of the easy-to-use RPG Maker XP.
A lot of credit obviously goes to King's Isle Entertainment Inc. for creating Pirate 101 and Wizard 101. without them, I would have no inspiration for any books, artwork, or this game. I have played both of those games for many years and loved every second of it, and still play with pride today. So I would be nothing with this incredible game developer.
Also, to RPG Maker XP. They have created an amazing program that allows easy RPG game creation. It's also super fun to use and I highly recommend it to all first-time developers, like myself. It is a tiny bit pricy, but catch it during the 75% off sale on STEAM and you're golden.
I would also like to thank my parents for being so supportive of me since January of this year. They have helped me along the way and been extremely helpful to me and played a crucial role in this game's development.
** Of course, this game is in it's earliest stages, and will be a little bit boring and unpolished for about a month until I can go back and take sandpaper to the rough edges.
