Overview:
I am proud to say that this is the first game I've ever made. It all started with RPG Maker FES for the 3DS. The thought of creating my own game has always been a dream. RPG Maker FES is a more straightforward version for beginners, but you're limited. A horror theme immediately popped into my head, because I love horror. Thus Little Club Of Horror was born! Although in RPG Maker FES, the spites don't look like myself or my friends, but the concept and story were still the same. But now I've come across RPG Maker MV, so I use this extreme game maker to finish where I left off.
How I incorporated this game was that I took inspiration from a few of my favorite horror games. I wonder if you can guess what games! My ideal theme was a college horror involving the school and club that my friends and myself joined. The plot is simple, without giving too much away. Some crazy things happened, and now we have to survive and escape.
Story:
September 25, 2009, the school has about ended at Henry Ford Community College. Most students are leaving for the day, some stay for more classes, or stay to study before going home. Everyone except for Asia and her crew.
Asia tells her best friend Veronica earlier that day that she would come to the Anime Club after class. Veronica stated that she had something to show her and the rest of their friends. Making her way to school, Asia takes her classes for the day and heads down to the club. As promised, she shows up greeted by 8 of her closest friends.
Anxious to know what Veronica's surprise was, she explained that she bought a scary anime for them to watch. Some of the friends aren't too excited about it, as it's a mysterious questionable blank tape. But, after coming to an agreement, the friends give Veronica a chance. To no surprise, the surprise turned out to be a colossal bust. Before they could get comfortable, a massive quake takes the friends by shock. Not knowing what to do or where to run they stick together until they all fall to what they believe is certain death. Separated, Asia now has to piece together this strange phenomenon. Landing in unfamiliar terrain, and separated from her closest friends; she has to gather the courage to find them escape!
Will they all make it out alive?! They're in for the worst night of their lives.
Note:
1.) This game is very interactive; you will have to be sure to examine anything you come across as you would do in any video game. Doing this will allow you to discover clues to figure out how to escape this nightmare and to save you from certain peril.
2.) Choice Making: Your decisions will not only affect you but the people around you. By your choice, you could lead yourself and all of your friends to certain death.
3.) Puzzle Solve: Solve intermediate puzzles such as search and find, push mazes, solving codes, key item collecting, timer, and chasing!
Warning:
As one that loves horror I have created this game to be filled with extreme violence, blood and gore, and very descriptive of cringing content. Personally this is what I love about horror, but even sometimes I still get super creeped out afterwards.
