In 1985, a casual restaurant in Duluth called Dickear´s was vandalized and robbed, causing panic among the owner, who had just opened the establishment. As a result, the restaurant was closed until the police investigation was complete. During the closure period, the owner decided to invest more in security, installing cameras in various locations and hiring a night watchman. Driven by paranoia and fear, he decided that the night watchman's shift would begin that week (the week the restaurant was closed).
