Pretty fun, but pretty hard! Is there an ending to the game, or does it just keep getting harder?
The story
This game was made to loosely tie in with my webcomic, Adventures of Mr. Awesomepants
It takes place in the early days of Lumvoc, back when the cloaking device was not yet created and the twin star systems were plagued by the alien scourge.
The controls
Use arrow keys to move (Yes, up is jump)
Spacebar to throw a cherry bomb at baddies.
To place a block, first press the first letter of the name of the block you want to place, then click anywhere on the screen (Provided there is not already a block there.) Click on a pre-existing block to remove it. Try to build the best defense on your base! The invaders will attack from the left side of the screen. Zapper blocks' lasers can pass through your own blocks, so put some strong blocks in front of them to protect them. In between invasions, go do missions that the NPCs give you to get more blocks to defend your base with!
Source Code
Since this game is abandoned, I am putting the source code here for free. Feel free to modify, improve, and generally mess around with the source code, I am done with this game. You will need stencyl to use the source code.
