Alice in Nightmareland: Descent to Insanity is a horror-themed RPG, even though it's themed after Disney and Alice in Wonderland. As such, it includes various attempts to scare the player, such as distorting sprites, screen flashes, implied depictions of self-harm, depictions of cannibalism, depictions of severing body parts, creepy names for RPG elements, and manipulation of others, among other horror tropes. An Alice in Wonderland-themed horror RPG where you're Alice, slowly going insane. Fight various Disney characters and even manipulate the police (if you have the right tools for the job) in this twisted take on Alice in Wonderland. Just remember, don't play this game with the lights off.
