so I get past the first two rooms and snag a energy tank and high jump then im stuck on the 3 room in need of morph ball the 2 room has a part that needs bombs so no idea what to do ...

Unfortunately, I don't think this is legally distributable in the state that it's in, since it's the ROM complete with copyrighted Nintendo assets. You can solve that by distributing an .ips patch instead.
