Keyboard:
ESC: Menu
Enter: speed time (just to test, will be disabled later)
Right arrow: level up (testing only)
WASD: move
-Spacebar: attack
-Spacebar + W: throw them up
-Hold down Spacebar for secondary attack.
-Jump + space: strong attack
