This game is honestly incredible, and way too underrated for how good it is.
I love the mechanic of using the baby monitor to find where the animatronic is, and the black light to see Shiba standing in the dark hallways. And when I drop the monitor after jumping from the animatronic behind me turning on, panic starts to ensue, and a sense of dread starts to build without the music that I haven't felt in a fangame before.
The environment is another great part of the game. It is very simple, being just the office, but I love the feel of it. The lighting feels almost cozy and soft, but at the same time uncanny, contrasting with the hallways with possible looming threats at any given moment. I also love the letter blocks and plush toys everywhere, giving some sense of comfort in the stressful situations that can take place.
Overall, incredible props to the team, and great job with everything done in the game, from models and textures, to lighting and sound, and to game feel and user experience.

It's a crime how underrated this is. Good stuff bro.
Good game.
this game looks cool and I want to record it for my channel, I wasn't sure if I had to ask or not because I saw ruffy Rockrash ask before recording it.
[This game was optimized on an RTX 2060. I cannot guarantee perfect performance on all systems.]
The job is simple. All you have to do is watch the place, right?
New Hire VR is a classic FNaF styled horror game where the objective is to simply make it through your first week as a security guard at a retro arcade/animatronic themed restaurant.
(Please note that this game is not very story heavy as it was just a fun learning experience/side project)
Anyway, we are very proud to be able to share the result of our hard work!
